Forum for the Future acts as a critical friend to some of the world's biggest and best-known multinationals, such as O2, Unilever and M&S, and often partner with NGOs, governments and new enterprises.

Forum for the Future are looking for a highly motivated International Head of Finance to lead the finance team during an exciting period of change.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the International Head of Finance is responsible for taking the lead in the financial performance management of the organisation and ensuring the future growth and stability of the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a strong control environment, ensuring accounting records are complete and accurate;
  • Leading on statutory reporting and consolidation of group statutory accounts; leading on the preparation for annual audits and managing relevant third party relationships (tax, audit, etc) in all geographies
  • Ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting; overseeing forecasting and budgeting for the Group;
  • Leading on process and systems improvements; continuously striving to improve the quality and timeliness of financial information.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant and experienced Finance Manager with excellent financial accounting skills and knowledge of Charity SORP. You will be commercially minded and have experience of working within an international environment. You will have robust communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
